Member perks, reusable setup, and less list maintenance lead this update. You can give selected members earlier access to booking, keep a service consistent across several staff schedules, and let your audience rules do the work of maintaining a marketing list.
Booking and appointment setup
- Early booking by product. Add product-specific booking windows to a service so eligible members can book before the default opening.
- Shared appointment types. Maintain a service’s details, durations, prices, policies, and selected staff schedules together.
- A rebuilt spot-booking room designer. Position spots freely and represent your actual room, including areas that are not bookable. Existing layouts remain available.
- More than one instructor. Assign multiple instructors to a class or event.
- Extend recurring appointments. Continue a recurring appointment series without recreating it from scratch.
- Clearer substitution follow-up. Remind instructors about exceptional assignments and alert selected staff when a substitution request remains unfilled near class time.

Marketing and memberships
- Dynamic contact lists. Save email or SMS audience rules and resolve the actual audience when the message sends, rather than maintaining names by hand.
- Rolling-day billing. Offer a custom membership renewal interval, such as every 30 days, alongside existing billing options.
- Class-pack expiration from first attendance. Start a one-time pack’s expiration clock when the client attends their first eligible class, rather than when they buy it.
- Minimum membership term. Configure a minimum number of days before member self-cancellation, with staff retaining the ability to handle exceptions.
- Bulk product configuration. Inspect products in a table and preview changes across a selection before applying them.
- Bulk required forms. Apply pre-purchase form requirements across eligible products.
- All Access in product setup. Configure included access directly in the product form.
- Time-limited unlimited packs. Set a finite validity period for unlimited credits after issuance.

Reporting and checkout
- Attendance breakdowns and summaries. Review classes, programs, events, and appointments through distinct attendance reports, with session-level detail and rolled-up views.
- A monthly attendance check. Identify class attendance and missing check-ins in a dedicated report.
- Smoother website checkout. Eligible free purchases can complete without a card, and native embeds support bank-account setup and ACH payment.
Smaller improvements
Booking-credit selection is easier to scan and filter. Transactional confirmations and receipts offer more editable details. Manual POS tax configuration is clearer, appointment receipts include their date, and waitlist promotion handles reserved credits and ineligible first entries more reliably.
The October 6 announcement and October 15 announcement show several of these launches in action.
