Connie and the whole team have been brilliant in helping us get everything set up. The onboarding was broken down into manageable steps, with check-in calls when needed, which made the whole process feel much simpler and less overwhelming.

My experience with Zipper is a little unique because I first used the platform as a Pilates instructor at CS Fit before becoming a business owner myself. When I founded The Tile Society Mahjong Social Club, I chose Zipper because I already understood the platform from the instructor and client perspective.
Since then, The Tile Society has grown quickly, and we've challenged Zipper in ways that are probably very different from its traditional fitness clients. We manage Mahjong and Canasta classes, open and guided play, recurring memberships, leagues, private events, fundraisers and off-site programming, all with different registration and operational needs.
There have absolutely been growing pains as we've figured out what our business needs from the platform, but what has stood out to me is the level of support behind the product. The thing I like most about Zipper is the team. My journey began with Chris. On our intro call He was immediately understanding and put together the exact product I needed. During the first weeks/months of using the product He quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns.
