We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Children Under 13 — COPPA. The Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information — including date of birth — from any child under 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If we learn or have reason to believe that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required consent, we will promptly deactivate the relevant account and delete the data from our active systems. Minors Ages 13–17. Where a user between the ages of 13 and 17 uses the Services with the affirmative consent of a parent or authorized guardian, we may collect the minor's date of birth and other personal information necessary to deliver the Services. Age Data — Retention and Cookies. Date of birth and age-verification data is retained only for as long as it is necessary to verify eligibility, maintain account access, or comply with a legal obligation — and no longer than 2 years following account closure unless a longer retention period is required by law. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies on users who have been identified or are likely to be minors under 13.
9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
