Give your members a head start on their favorite classes
Make early booking a clear membership benefit with product-specific booking windows in Zipper.
Your most committed members often want the same thing: a dependable chance to book the classes they love.
Early booking gives you a practical membership benefit you can explain in one sentence. Eligible members can reserve a place before the standard booking window opens.
It is a useful option for a studio whose popular sessions fill quickly, especially when you want a membership tier to offer more than a different price per visit.
Put the rule beside the service
Booking windows live with the service’s booking controls. Start with its default opening, then add an earlier window for a selected product.
For an illustrative class, the public window might open seven days ahead while a selected membership can book fourteen days ahead. The actual windows are yours to choose within the service’s supported settings.
You do not need to change that product’s behavior across every other service just to give it priority on this class.
Keep the perk specific
An earlier window changes when someone may book. It does not create a free visit, add pack credits, or guarantee a place after a class fills.
The customer’s normal eligibility still matters. That includes the relevant product access and the class’s booking and capacity rules.
When you describe the benefit, say which services it applies to and how much earlier the window opens. “Book selected classes fourteen days ahead” is clearer than an unexplained promise of VIP access.
Review it from the client’s side
After configuring the window, review the experience for someone with the eligible product and someone using the default window. Both should have a clear explanation of when they can book.
If your busiest class changes, return to that service’s settings and adjust its rules. Keeping the setup attached to the offering helps you see the context of the change.
Our booking-window guide walks through the controls. Shared appointment types also use a default-plus-product-window approach when several staff offer the same service.
Make the membership easier to understand
An effective perk does not have to be complicated. For a client who organizes their week around your studio, earlier access to the right sessions can be a concrete reason to choose a membership.
Choose where that perk makes sense, explain it plainly, and keep the booking rules consistent with the offer you present.
