Two substantial launches anchor this update: a replacement for campaign-based Marketing Copilot, and a retail workflow built for the stock you keep at your studio. There are also new ways to make pricing, follow-ups, and the front desk work more smoothly.
Marketing you can finish
- Dedicated Blog and Social media workspaces. Generate content with Zippy, review and improve it, and approve the version you want to publish or schedule. Existing content carries into the replacement for Marketing Copilot.
- Communication hours for automations. Choose sending windows by weekday so automated emails and texts wait until an appropriate time in your studio’s timezone.
- Stop a sequence when someone replies. Use Unenroll on reply to stop supported text-message follow-ups when a contact texts back.
- Tag Added automation trigger. Start a workflow when a relevant tag is added to a customer.
- Lead answers on the board. See submitted form answers on a lead card, and search Lead Tracking by name or phone number.
Meet the rebuilt marketing tools and more considerate follow-up automations.
Retail and pricing
- Retail inventory and variants. Manage merchandise options, SKUs and barcodes, stock counts, CSV catalog imports, POS sales, and stock history.
- Inventory reporting. Review stock position and, with the appropriate access, inventory value and operational sales margin.
- Tag-based Discount Rules. Apply a standing percentage discount to eligible tagged customers. The best applicable price wins; discounts do not stack.
- Discounted class and event drop-ins. Extend eligible tag discounts to ordinary drop-in bookings without requiring a membership.
- First-attendance expiration for unlimited packs. Time-limited unlimited packs can start their clock at the first eligible attended class.
- Membership credits without expiration. Configure eligible credit-issuing memberships to issue credits without an expiration date.
- Stop new product purchases. Turn off new purchases of a product without changing what existing buyers already own.

A more useful front desk
- Room maps for staff and the kiosk. View assigned spots and attendee names; staff can print the class spot map.
- Roster milestones and intro badges. Surface a customer’s running class count and identify intro-package attendees on the roster.
- Sell a product during registration. Staff can offer an eligible product while registering a customer for a class.
- Bulk staff photos. Upload, crop, and assign several staff photos in one workflow.
- A fixed waitlist promotion cutoff. Stop automatic promotion at a chosen time on the day before class.
- Fewer instructor availability conflicts. Block appointment availability during classes the instructor teaches.
Clearer setup and records
- Group existing appointment types. A guided workflow helps move independent types into a shared service.
- Minimum signup age. Configure a minimum customer signup age, including the date-of-birth step after Google sign-in.
- More schedule embed views. Show one day at a time or a weekly list in schedule embeds.
- Better payment records. Print a branded customer payment statement, see the payment method on successful/refunded transactions, and use a quarterly reporting preset.
This period also improves mobile checkout, waitlist positions, waiver attribution, credit expiration, staff-selected payment methods, and card-reader receipts. The October 15 post remains the illustrated introduction to early booking, room design, and shared appointment setup.
