New in Zipper: create the content, sell the stock, keep the day moving
Marketing Copilot becomes dedicated blog and social tools, retail gets stock management, and automated follow-ups learn better timing.
Your next blog post and the grip socks at your front desk might not seem related. Both are part of running a studio, and both are easier when the tools fit the work.
This update adds dedicated places to create marketing content and a retail workflow that understands variants and stock. It also makes your automated follow-ups more considerate.
Marketing Copilot, rebuilt around the post
Blog and Social media now have their own workspaces. Start with your ideas, ask Zippy for help, review the result, and approve the version you want to publish or schedule.
It is a more direct route from “we should post something” to a piece of content you can actually use. You remain the reviewer, and generating a draft does not publish it.

Know which size and color are actually in stock
Studio retail gets merchandise variants, SKU and barcode identity, stock counts, CSV imports, and POS integration. You can manage the actual item being sold rather than treating every size or color as an unrelated entry.
Stock reporting brings the inventory position into view. Authorized managers can also review cost and operational margin information.

Give the right price without another discount code
Discount Rules let customer tags determine eligibility for a standing percentage discount. That can support a student, senior, military, or other studio-defined group, including eligible drop-in pricing. Zipper selects the best applicable price rather than stacking reductions.

Follow up at a better time
Set weekday communication windows for automation emails and texts. Use supported reply-based unenrollment to stop text follow-ups when someone answers. A new Tag Added trigger creates another way to start a relevant workflow.
Build a more thoughtful follow-up sequence.
