This release is the moment Zippy stopped being a helper and became a teammate. A new AI Front Desk answers questions on your website around the clock, an inbox copilot drafts your replies and suggests the next step before you’ve even read the message, and Zippy now sends you a short daily and weekly digest with a ready-made to-do list — so you always know exactly what needs your attention.

We also tightened up the money side. Zipper now alerts you the moment a member’s payment fails, gives you a dedicated view of lapsed memberships, and can stop a lapsed member at check-in — so revenue doesn’t quietly slip away. Add smarter automations, calls and texts flowing straight into your inbox, and AI-generated website blocks, and this is one of our most powerful updates yet.

• Zippy AI Front Desk. A smart chat assistant now lives on your website and inside Zipper, answering questions for prospective customers, members, and your own staff — each with the right information and the right tools.
• Daily and weekly digests with a to-do list. Zippy now sends you a short daily and weekly summary of what’s happening in your business, complete with a built-in list of actions to tackle.
• Dr. Zippy data check. Ask Zippy to scan your account for anything that looks off, and it will flag data anomalies before they turn into problems.

Inbox & Communications

• Inbox AI Copilot. Zippy drafts replies and suggests next steps for incoming messages, so you can answer in one click — with you always in control before anything sends.
• Calls and texts in your inbox. Inbound calls and text messages from your connected phone number now flow straight into your Zipper inbox, keeping every conversation in one place.

Memberships & Payments

• Failed-payment alerts. Get notified the moment a member’s payment fails, so you can follow up before it becomes lost revenue.
• Lapsed-membership tools. A dedicated view of lapsed subscriptions, clear profile flags, and the option to stop lapsed members at check-in make it easy to catch and recover at-risk accounts.
• Sell a plan on a client’s behalf. When registering a client for a class or event, you can now purchase a subscription, punch card, or drop-in for them right from the registration screen.
