This release is about doing more from one place. We rebuilt the automation system so you can set up smarter, better-timed campaigns and actually see what’s working — and we brought phone calls into the same inbox as your messages, so every customer conversation lives in one spot.

Scheduling got more flexible too. Recurring appointments now support bi-weekly cadences and indefinite repeats, you can edit a single occurrence without touching the rest, and you can register a client into a whole recurring class series in one go. We also redesigned the calendar and made failed payments far easier to catch and recover.

And Zippy keeps getting smarter. You can now ask it about your business in plain English and even have it open the right screen or start the right task for you. Here’s everything new.

Scheduling & Calendar

• More flexible recurring appointments. Set appointments to repeat bi-weekly or indefinitely, and edit a single occurrence without rescheduling the whole series — all through a cleaner, easier recurring form.
• Recurring class registrations. Register a client into an entire recurring class series at once, instead of booking each session by hand.
• Bulk-cancel appointments and series. Cancel a batch of appointments — or a full recurring series — in one step, with a single consolidated email to each client.
• A redesigned calendar. Your calendar has a refreshed look with a sticky header that stays in view as you scroll, plus a rebuilt mobile experience.
• A simpler sub board. The board where instructors request and pick up class coverage is now grouped by month with cleaner, less cluttered cards.

Memberships & Payments

• Redesigned Payment Collector. Collecting outstanding balances is now faster and clearer, with a cleaner layout for working through what’s owed.
• Stay ahead of failed payments. A new alert banner flags failed payments on your dashboard, the kiosk warns you at check-in, and you can retry a failed charge in a single click.
• Improved gift card dashboard. Clearer status labels, new filters, and a tidied-up checkout make gift cards easier to manage at a glance.
• Smarter credit usage. Bookings now automatically draw from a client’s soonest-to-expire credits first, so nothing goes to waste.
• Separate ACH and card fees. Set different pass-through processing fees for bank (ACH) payments versus credit cards.

Marketing & Automations

• A completely overhauled automation system. Build richer, better-timed campaigns with new triggers and conditions, ready-made templates to start from, and built-in analytics that show how each automation is performing.
• A redesigned email tool. The email builder has a refreshed, easier-to-use design for creating great-looking emails faster.

Websites & Online Presence

• New list-style events block. A new website block displays your upcoming events in a clean, scannable list — perfect for studios with a busy calendar.

Customer App & Booking

• Add a family member while booking. Clients can add a family member right in the booking flow for a class or appointment, without leaving to update their account first.
• Fuller class and product descriptions. Clients can now read complete class descriptions in the app and expand longer product descriptions on the shop tab.
• Easier date navigation when booking. A new month-picker popover on the app and booking widget — with dots marking days that have classes, events, or bookings — makes jumping to the right date effortless.

Front Desk & Communications

• Phone calls in your inbox. Phone calls now appear alongside your messages in the inbox, so every customer conversation lives in one place.
• A better notifications center. The in-app notifications center has been enhanced to keep you on top of what needs your attention.
• Find unsigned forms fast. A new filter in the Forms view surfaces pending and unsigned forms so you can chase them down quickly.
• Waiver tracking on event registrations. See each registrant’s waiver status right in the event registration list, and send a waiver request without leaving the page.

Zippy AI

• Ask Zippy about your business. Zippy can now answer natural, plain-English questions about your business data — just ask, the way you’d ask a teammate.
• Zippy can take action for you. Beyond answering, Zippy can now open the right screen or kick off the right task with the details already filled in.
