This release is all about seeing your studio clearly. We’ve added a deep set of new reports that answer the questions every owner asks: Who’s coming back? Who’s slipping away? Where does my revenue actually come from? From churn and retention to revenue per client and intro-offer conversion, you can now spot trends while there’s still time to act on them.
We also pulled your conversations into one place. Text messages, Facebook, and Instagram DMs now land in a single unified inbox, so nothing gets missed across channels. On top of that, members can book classes and events from one list in the customer app, you can schedule membership pauses with exact start and end dates, and your automations got friendlier with on/off toggles and a clear run history.

- Client retention and churn insights. New reports surface your active clients, who’s churning (their last visit with no future bookings), how often clients visit, and the average time between visits — so you can spot people drifting away while there’s still time to win them back.
- No-show tracking. A dedicated No-Show report shows exactly who isn’t turning up, so you can follow up or adjust your policies.
