This update helps you keep clients booked and coming back. Class packs can now refill themselves when they run low, so a member never gets stuck without a credit, and a new Lapsed Customers report flags the people who’ve quietly gone quiet — before they’re gone for good.

We also smoothed out the everyday details: take cash right at the register, send forms by text, and rest easy that out-of-town clients are booking the right time.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Class time zones on the schedule. Each class now shows its time zone, defaulting to your studio’s, so clients in other regions book the right time.

Memberships & Payments

  • Class packs that refill themselves. When a client uses their last credit, Zipper can prompt them to top up — or recharge their pack automatically — so they never miss a booking.
  • Take cash at checkout. Cash and other outside payments are now an option right at the point of sale, with no detour to the customer’s profile.
  • Clearer payment confirmation emails. Payment success emails now show the amount paid and exactly what it was for.
  • Move plans between family accounts. Reassign a cancelled subscription to or from a child account without starting over.

Reporting & Insights

  • Lapsed Customers report. A new report surfaces clients who haven’t been active in a while, so you can reach out before you lose them.

Websites & Online Presence

  • Classes-only schedule widget. The schedule you embed on your website can now show classes only, hiding individual appointments.

Customer Experience

  • Request forms by text. Send a client a form or waiver request by text message so they can complete it on their phone.
  • Use your own words. Customize the terminology Zipper uses in your account so it sounds like your studio.
