Redesigned class scheduling, a faster check-in kiosk, and instant sub coverage

Setting up class times is faster and more flexible, your check-in kiosk is simpler for clients, and open shifts now fill instantly. Plus card-fee pass-through, richer customer profiles, and saved booking links.

This release is all about your schedule and your front desk. We rebuilt how you set up class times so building — and copying — a week of sessions takes a fraction of the clicks, and we redesigned the check-in kiosk so clients can sign in with nothing more than their name.

We also added some welcome time-savers for your team: open shifts on the substitution board now get covered the moment a staff member claims them, customer profiles tell more of the story at a glance, and your website picked up a few new tricks.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Redesigned class scheduling. Setting up class times is faster and far more flexible — clone an existing class’s time slots, and choose how long a slot runs or let it run indefinitely with a simple duration picker.
  • Alternate instructors and locations. Set a class to switch details every other week, like a different instructor or room on alternating weeks.
  • Save your booking links. Build a custom, filtered booking link once and save it to reuse and edit later.
  • Instant substitute coverage. When a staff member claims an open shift on the substitution board, it’s approved and added to the calendar automatically — no extra step.

Memberships & Payments

  • See the card on file at a glance. A client’s saved payment method now shows the last four digits right on their record, so you don’t have to dig for it.
  • Pass card fees at checkout. Optionally add card-processing fees to custom point-of-sale charges.

Websites & Online Presence

  • Automatic product blocks. Your website can now pull in and display your products automatically.
  • A “text us” button. Add a tap-to-text call-to-action button to your site so visitors can message your studio instantly.
  • Copy an event link in one click. Grab a shareable link to any event page with a single click.

Customer Experience

  • Simpler check-in kiosk. The redesigned kiosk shows the day’s classes up front with a single name box, so clients check in without digging through menus.
  • Richer customer profiles. Each client’s profile now shows lifetime classes completed and how long they’ve been a member.
  • Active and past bookings, neatly separated. Clients can switch between upcoming and past bookings with filters in their calendar.

Reporting & Insights

  • Classes attended in your reports. The customer report now includes a total-classes-attended column.
