This is our biggest release yet. The headline is a completely rebuilt checkout: clients now buy classes, memberships, and products without ever leaving Zipper, in a faster, more polished, on-brand experience that replaces the old pop-out payment page.

But that’s just the start. You can now spin up classes, events, and programs by pasting in plain text and letting AI do the heavy lifting. Your website editor got a modern, drag-and-drop makeover. And we packed in dozens of upgrades across scheduling, memberships, marketing, and reporting to help you run a tighter, faster studio.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Memberships & Payments

  • A brand-new checkout, built right in. Clients now buy classes, memberships, and products without ever leaving Zipper — a faster, more polished, on-brand checkout that replaces the old pop-out payment page.
  • Import products from Stripe. Bring your existing Stripe products straight into Zipper instead of re-entering everything by hand.
  • Faster point-of-sale. Your most-used and favorite products are now front and center at checkout.
  • Invite a client to buy. Send any client a direct link to purchase a specific product or plan.
  • Pause a membership. Let members pause their plan, with an optional pause fee if you choose.
  • 4-week billing cycles. Bill memberships every four weeks instead of monthly — ideal for class-pack-style plans.
  • Adjust a member’s price on the fly. Update a subscription’s price right from the client’s profile.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Multi-provider day view. See every provider side by side in their own lane for a clear daily snapshot.
  • Swap an instructor in one step. Reassign an appointment to a different provider without cancelling and rebooking.
  • Smarter waitlists. Set exactly when automatic waitlist promotion stops, then send a first-come-first-served alert to everyone still waiting.
  • Upgraded kiosk mode. Clients can pre-register and check themselves in at the front desk, and clearly choose which class they’re joining.
  • Richer Google Calendar invites. Calendar invites now show the client’s full name and appointment type at a glance.

Websites & Online Presence

  • Modernized website editor. A refreshed site builder with drag-and-drop menu sorting and simpler, cleaner block controls.
  • Day, week, and month views on your public schedule. Your public booking calendar now offers the same flexible views as your dashboard.

Marketing & Automations

  • Newsletter wizard. A guided, step-by-step flow makes sending beautiful email newsletters simple.
  • More powerful automations. Trigger automations from several class, appointment, or form types at once — and now from expiring credits, too.

AI & Automation

  • Create classes, events, and programs with AI. Paste in plain text and let Zipper build the class, event, or program for you, with a clean confirmation table to review before it goes live.

Reporting & Insights

  • Active members at a glance. Your owner dashboard now shows how many members are active right now.
  • Better staff payout reports. Export each staff member’s payout individually and toggle detailed breakdowns more easily.

Customer Experience

  • Supercharged search. Global search now surfaces memberships, pass balances, expiration dates, and last visit — with quick actions to charge or book on the spot.
  • Merge duplicate clients. Combine two duplicate client records into one clean profile.
  • Share credits within a family. Transfer a class credit to a family member when marking it used.
