Better waitlists, an instructor dashboard, and automations that do more

Class waitlists got smarter, instructors get their own dashboard with clock in and out, and your automations can now create customers and trigger off appointment types. Plus new customer reports and a redesigned forms area.

This release puts more on autopilot and gives your team better tools. Your automations can now do more of the busywork for you — creating customer records and reacting to specific appointment types — so the right follow-ups happen without you lifting a finger.

Instructors get a dashboard built just for them, complete with their own calendar and clock in and out. We also improved class waitlists, added new customer reports, and cleaned up how you manage forms and email notifications.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Marketing & Automations

  • Create-a-customer automation. Build an automation that creates a new customer record automatically when the right event happens.
  • Appointment-type automations. Trigger automated follow-ups and reminders based on the specific type of appointment a client books.
  • Choose the sender on email actions. When an automation sends an email, you can now set exactly which email address it comes from.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Improved class waitlists. Waitlists are smarter about moving people into open spots, so full classes stay full.
  • Instructor dashboard with clock in and out. Instructors get their own view with their personal calendar and the ability to clock in and out.
  • Calendar remembers your filters. Your calendar now keeps the filters you set, so it looks the way you left it every time you return.

Sales & Packages

  • Photos on packages. Add images to your packages so they look great when clients are browsing and buying.

Reporting & Insights

  • New customer reports. Fresh reports give you a clearer picture of your customers and how they’re engaging with your studio.

Customer Experience

  • Email notification controls. Fine-tune which email notifications your customers receive, so messages feel helpful rather than overwhelming.

Forms

  • Redesigned forms area. Managing your intake and waiver forms is now consolidated into one cleaner, easier-to-use space.
