• Email marketing for Jobber customers. Jobber-connected businesses can now use Zipper’s email marketing tools, including an automatic follow-up after they connect.
• Emojis in your posts. Add emojis to your post content to give your messages a little more personality.

Customer Experience

• A refreshed customer app. Your members’ app got a cleaner, more modern design that’s easier to navigate.
• One-tap prompt to install your app. A new prompt makes it simple for clients to add your app to their phone’s home screen.
• “Learn more” on event cards. Clients can tap an info button on an event to see full details before they book.

• Smarter class cloning. Copy a class into a brand-new series, add a new session to an existing series, or extend a series — all far more easily.
• Automatic refunds within your cancellation window. Set a cancellation window and let Zipper handle refunds automatically when clients cancel in time.
• Move attendees to the waitlist. Demote a booked client to the waitlist when you need to free up a spot.

• Expiration dates on class packs. Set an expiry on one-time class packs — for example, a 10-pack that must be used within three months.
• Class packs that give credits and discounts. A single class pack can now provide both usable credits and a discount, giving you more ways to package your offerings.

• An always-visible Save button. The Save button now stays in view while you edit your site, so it’s no longer easy to miss.
