Everything you need to get into Zipper: log in to your account, install the Zipper Staff/Admin app, and install your studio's branded client booking app.

Three things to bookmark on day one: how you log in, how your team installs the admin app, and how your members install the booking app.


Log in to your Zipper account

  1. Go to https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Zipper account
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Log in

You’ll land on your dashboard with the access level set by your role (Owner, Admin, Manager, or Staff).

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password / Reset password
  2. Enter your account email address
  3. Check your inbox and follow the reset link to set a new password
  4. Return to the login screen and sign in with your new password

Reset email didn’t arrive? Check your spam folder and confirm you entered the same email address your account was created with.

“Account not found”? You may be using a different email than the one on file. If you were added as staff, use the exact email your invitation was sent to.


Download the Zipper Admin App

Install the Zipper Staff/Admin app on your phone or tablet so you can manage your studio, check members in, and run the front desk from anywhere.

  1. On your phone or tablet, open your browser and go to https://app.joinzipper.com
  2. Log in with your staff or admin credentials
  3. Add the app to your home screen:
    • iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share icon → Add to Home ScreenAdd
    • Android (Chrome): tap the menu → Add to Home screen / Install app
  4. Open the Zipper icon from your home screen — it now launches like a native app

Don’t see “Add to Home Screen”? Make sure you’re using Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android — other browsers may not offer the install option.


Download the Client Booking App

Install your studio’s branded client booking app so members can book classes, manage bookings, and pay from their phone. Share these steps with your members — the app installs directly from the browser, with nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play.

  1. On your phone, open your browser and go to your studio’s booking URL (your custom domain or Zipper booking link)
  2. Log in or create an account
  3. Add the app to your home screen:
    • iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share icon → Add to Home ScreenAdd
    • Android (Chrome): tap the menu → Add to Home screen / Install app
  4. Open the app from your home screen to browse the schedule and book

Booking link not working? Make sure your site is published and your custom domain shows as connected in Settings > Domains.
