New in Zipper: turn your real schedule into your next social post
Choose a day, week, or month to promote, create a post from your calendar, and bring historical customer notes into Zipper more easily.
The new marketing workspaces are here. This week’s follow-up makes them more useful for one of a studio’s most regular jobs: telling people what is happening next.
Start with the schedule, not a blank caption
Choose a day, week, or month of public classes and events, and let Zippy use that actual schedule as the starting point for a social post. You can also begin from a calendar session when there is one particular class or workshop you want to promote.
That keeps the post tied to the experience someone can really book, rather than asking you to copy the same dates and details into another tool.
Put the instructor behind the class in the spotlight
Instructor spotlights can use the staff member’s public biography as source material. You get a more specific starting point for introducing the people who make your studio special.
You still review and approve the content before publication. Our full guide to the rebuilt Blog and Social media tools walks through the workflow.
Bring the useful client history with you
Moving systems should not mean retyping every historical customer note. Administrators can now import notes from a CSV onto existing customer profiles, with optional pinning for the information the team needs to see first.
The import adds notes to the history already there. It does not create new customers or replace their existing notes.
A little less friction at checkout
This installment also improves membership guest-pass options in website checkout, required-form handling, retail POS eligibility, and membership purchases for new clients. Google sign-in loses a redundant verification step, too.
This is the short, current installment after October 26. Read the October 26-30 release notes, or catch up on the larger October 26 announcement.
