Recurring schedules made manageable, and your Zoom library in Zipper

Recurring schedules are the centerpiece of this update. Setting up and managing repeating classes and appointments is now far clearer: schedules show as a readable list instead of a grid of cards, and you can start a fresh series once a finite one has finished. On top of that, your Zoom recordings can flow straight into your Video Library, and the answers members give on your forms can now populate any field on their CRM profile.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Scheduling & Calendar

• Recurring schedules, reworked. Recurring class and appointment schedules are now clearer and easier to manage, shown as a list rather than a grid of cards, and you can begin a new series once a prior finite series has ended.
• Book right after a pause. Members can book as soon as a subscription pause ends, and pause extensions now reconcile cleanly.
• Recurring bookings in Active Bookings. A member’s recurring bookings now appear in their Active Bookings list.

Video & Content

• Your Zoom recordings in Zipper. Bring Zoom recordings into your Video Library, including a bulk sync so you can populate a whole catalog at once.

Forms & CRM

• Map form answers to any profile field. Form questions can now map to standard CRM profile fields across the whole profile, so what members submit lands where you need it.
• Better global search. Dashboard search now accepts two-character queries, and product results open the product editor directly.

Memberships & Payments

• Gift card and Flex Pack balances at more checkout points. Members can spend gift card and Flex Pack cash balances from the Event Registration and Appointment charge screens, not just at standard checkout.
• Credits shown at booking. When choosing a booking option, members see how many credits they have left and when they expire.
• Family-shared credits for booked guests. Family-shared credits are now honored when a provider books a guest.
