Book now, pay later, multi-day events, and keeping more of every sale

This update gives you more flexibility around how and when you get paid. Clients can now reserve an appointment and pay afterward, you can run multi-day workshops and retreats as a single event, and you can choose to pass card-processing fees along as a clear line item — so more of every sale stays with you.

We also added a few handy time-savers for your front desk and rounded out the new-studio setup experience.

Memberships & Payments

• Book now, pay later. Let clients reserve an appointment first and settle up afterward.
• Pass on processing fees. Optionally add card-processing fees as a clear line item, so you keep more of every transaction.
• Bulk-update credit values. Adjust the value of many class credits at once instead of editing them one by one.

Front Desk & Onboarding

• Instant password-reset links. When you reset a client’s password, Zipper gives you a link you can share with them right away.
• A smoother start for new studios. We continued refining the new-studio setup flow to make your first days in Zipper even easier.
