This release helps you fill more spots and spend less time chasing payments. Automatic reminder emails now go out ahead of upcoming classes and appointments, which is one of the simplest ways to cut down on no-shows. And for walk-ins and busy front desks, new QR codes and a guest checkout let someone pay in seconds without creating an account.
We also refreshed the client profiles in your CRM with a cleaner, easier-to-read design, added a self check-in kiosk you can run on any tablet, and shipped a set of new reports to help you keep an eye on member activity and refunds.

Scheduling & Calendar
- Reminder emails before classes and appointments. Zipper now sends automatic reminders ahead of upcoming events, so fewer clients forget to show up.
- Booking windows in days or hours. Set how far in advance clients can book or cancel using days and hours — not just minutes.
- Clearer registration window. The registration window now shows the day, day of the week, and time of each event at a glance.
Memberships & Payments
- QR codes and guest checkout. New QR codes and a guest payment flow let walk-ins pay in seconds, no account required.
- Easier discounted drop-ins. It’s simpler to offer and manage discounted drop-in pricing for your classes.
- Apply credits after booking. Attach a class credit to an existing class registration or appointment after the fact — handy for tidying up payments later.
- Assign one-time purchases to a child. Assign a one-time purchase to a child’s account, just like you already can with memberships.
- Spot failed and refunded payments. Failed and refunded transactions are now easy to see, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Reporting & Insights
- New member and refund reports. New reports show member account status, inactive members, and punch card refunds — so you always know where things stand.
Customer Experience
- Redesigned client profiles. Client profiles in your CRM have a fresh, easier-to-read design that puts the important details up front.
- Self check-in kiosk. Turn any tablet into a self check-in kiosk so clients can check themselves into class at the door.
- Turn the customer app on or off. A new setting lets you switch off the customer app if you’d rather not offer it to your clients.
