Know your numbers — a brand-new reporting suite

A full set of new financial and membership reports, plus Stripe customer imports, more flexible billing, and finer control over what your staff can see.

This release is built around one big idea: helping you understand and grow your business. We added a whole suite of new reports covering everything from revenue growth and failed payments to new members, lost members, and active class packs — so the numbers that matter are finally at your fingertips.

We also made it easier to get up and running and to bill the way you actually work. Pull your existing customers in from Stripe, charge subscriptions twice a month, refund clients as account credit, and give each staff member exactly the access they need.

Reporting & Insights

  • New financial reports. Track revenue growth over time, dig into individual transactions, and stay on top of failed payments — all in one place.
  • New membership and booking reports. See new memberships, lost members, first-time bookings, and active class packs at a glance, so you always know where your business stands.

Team & Permissions

  • Fine-grained staff permissions. Decide exactly what each team member can do and see — from viewing financials to booking appointments for others to seeing other staff calendars.

Memberships & Payments

  • Import customers from Stripe. Bring your existing customers into Zipper directly from Stripe, so getting started is far less work.
  • Twice-monthly billing. Charge a subscription twice a month for plans that don’t fit a simple monthly cycle.
  • Refund as account credit. Return a charge as credit on the client’s account instead of as a cash refund.
  • Discounted drop-ins for members. Offer members a lower drop-in rate once they’ve used up their credits, rewarding them for sticking with you.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Class booking windows. Limit how far in advance clients can book a class, so your schedule fills up in a way that works for you.

Websites & Online Presence

  • Improved online booking block. The booking block on your website is cleaner and easier for clients to use.

Customer Experience

  • Class length shown in the app. Clients can now see how long each class runs right in the class preview.
  • Clearer app install instructions. Friendlier, easier-to-follow steps help your clients add your app to their phone.
