A beautiful new Zipper, flexible class credits, and a smoother start

This major release gives Zipper a fresh new look and a smoother first experience. We completely redesigned the dashboard to be cleaner, more modern, and easier to find your way around — and new studios are now guided step by step from sign-up to a fully set-up business.

We also rebuilt how class packs work. Punch cards now issue flexible class credits, and you get clearer reporting and more control over your customer records.

• Flexible class credits. Punch cards now work as class credits — more flexible for clients, and they track the revenue earned on every class so you always know what each session is worth.

Reporting & Insights

• Instructor revenue reports. See how much revenue each instructor brings in, based on class attendance and what each attendee paid.

CRM & Customers

• Custom fields on customer profiles. Add your own fields to customer records to track whatever matters most to your studio.
• Refer a friend. A new refer-a-friend link in your dashboard makes it easy to spread the word about your studio.

Websites & Online Presence

• Header call-to-action buttons. Add buttons like “Book a Class” or “Call Now” right in your website’s header.
