Lead Management & CRM

• Text your leads. Send and receive text messages with prospects right inside Zipper, so you can follow up the fast, personal way people actually respond to.
• See where each lead came from. Every lead and customer profile now shows the pages they viewed on your website, so you know exactly what they’re interested in before you reach out.
• Automatic lead follow-up. Get a push notification the moment a new lead is created, and set Zipper to take action automatically when a lead sits in one stage too long.

Marketing & Communication

• Send from your own email address. Emails to your members can now come from your own address instead of a generic Zipper one, building trust and recognition.

Websites & Online Presence

• Business hours on your map. Add your business hours and a custom title to the map section on your website.
• Add your Yelp page. Link your Yelp profile alongside your other social networks.

Forms

• Duplicate any form. Clone an existing form to reuse it as a starting point instead of rebuilding from scratch.
