Learn how to view your automation History to understand when automations ran, which customers received actions, and how automations are performing.

How to Track Automation Runs

Steps

  1. Navigate to: Marketing > Automations
  2. Click the automation you want to review
  3. Open the History section — it lists every run with date/time, customer, status (success/failed/pending), and actions executed
  4. Click any run to see full details, including action results and any errors

Troubleshooting

History is empty. The automation has not triggered yet — confirm it’s enabled and that its trigger conditions have been met.

Seeing failed runs. Click the failed run to review the error message, then check your action configuration and customer data.

A run isn’t appearing. Confirm the trigger fired and that the automation is enabled.
