How to Generate a Report
Before You Begin
Owner or admin permissions are required to view reports.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Reports
Go to Reporting > Reports.
Step 2: Select a report type
Choose from: Payments, Events/Classes, Scheduling, CRM, Marketing, or SEO.
Step 3: Configure and generate
- Set a date range (preset or custom)
- Apply any filters (product, customer, event type, etc.)
- Select the metrics to include
- Click Generate Report
Step 4: (Optional) Export
Click Export or Download, choose a format (CSV, Excel, PDF), and download.
Troubleshooting
Reports page not visible? Confirm you have report-viewing permissions and are logged into the correct organization.
Report shows no data? Widen the date range and check that filters aren’t excluding all results.
Export not working? Confirm the report generated successfully and the export format is supported.
