New in Zipper: more ways to sell a studio experience
Offer a community price for your retreat, let clients change the credit behind a booking, and make walk-in purchases simpler at the front desk.
Your studio probably offers more than a standard class at a standard price. There are workshops, retreats, private groups, and clients who need a little flexibility.
This update helps Zipper reflect that variety without adding another spreadsheet to your day.
One program, more than one price
You can offer named prices for a workshop or retreat, such as Standard, Community, and Supporter. Clients choose the option that fits, and pay once for the whole program.
Upcoming programs also become easier to find through the customer app and existing website program listings. The experience appears as one program with an itinerary, rather than a scattered collection of sessions.

Keep the booking, choose a different credit
Clients can switch an existing booking to another eligible credit from their app. They do not need to cancel the visit and compete for the same place again just to change the credit used.
That is a useful distinction from editing a pack or adding another credit at the desk. The client is changing an eligible payment choice behind a booking they already intend to attend.
Make a walk-in purchase simpler
Eligible guest POS sales can complete without collecting a name or email first. When someone is simply buying an item at the desk, the purchase does not always need to become a new customer-profile task.
A dedicated Guest Sales report helps you review those purchases afterward. You can keep the checkout brief while still having a place to understand the activity.

Small changes that make the day easier
Clients can add bank accounts from the standalone Payment Methods page. Staff can distinguish CRM tags with colors, configure NZD and AUD coupon amounts, and review age and gender information available in customer profiles through the new demographics report.
