Review requests, class packs that last, and a much better website builder

This is our biggest update yet, and it touches almost every corner of Zipper. You can now grow your reputation by requesting reviews, keep customers happy with class packs that never expire, and set up automations that quietly look after your renewals.

The website builder also gets a major step up — undo and redo, a true mobile preview, and a redesigned way to add pages — so building and tweaking your site feels effortless.

Here’s everything new in this release.

Scheduling & Classes

• Display-only schedules. Show your class schedule for reference only and point customers to an external booking link whenever you need to.
• Class packs that never expire. Packs bought as a one-time purchase now stay valid forever, so customers never lose sessions they paid for.
• A friendly nudge when a pack runs out. When someone’s class pack reaches zero, Zipper now guides them to buy another instead of leaving them stuck.

Memberships & Automations

• Renewal-reminder automations. Trigger an automated message a set number of days before a subscription renews — ideal for reminders and save offers.

Forms & Lead Capture

• Forms feed your customer records. A form answer can now automatically fill an empty custom field on the customer’s record, so you’re never re-typing details.
• Easier-to-complete forms. Improved validation lets people click submit and clearly flags any required fields they missed, instead of failing silently.
• Phone number fields. Add a dedicated phone number field to any form.
• See where a lead came from. Form submissions now show the customer’s journey, so you can see how someone found and explored your site before reaching out.

Reviews & Reputation

• Request a review in a click. Providers can now ask a customer for a review directly, making it easy to build up your reputation.

Websites & Online Presence

• Undo and redo. Made a change you didn’t mean to? Undo and redo are now built into the site and theme builder, with one-click revert in the theme editor.
• Mobile preview. Preview exactly how your site looks on a phone before you publish.
• Redesigned “Add a Page.” Adding a new page to your website is faster and more guided.
• Focused tier editing. Manage your pricing tiers, benefits, and feature lists in a clean pop-up editor.
• Square or rounded buttons. The theme builder now lets you choose sharp-edged buttons for a more modern look.
