How to View Customer Payment Card Details

You can view the last four digits of a customer’s saved credit card directly from their profile.

Viewing Payment Method Details

1. Go to Contacts > Customers, search for and open the customer’s profile
2. Find the Payment Methods or Billing section

For each saved card you can see: card brand, last four digits, expiration date, and whether it is the default.

Full card numbers are never displayed or stored — payment data is securely stored by Stripe.

Managing Payment Methods

From the customer’s profile you can:

• Add a new payment method — if the customer provides a new card
• Set default — change which card is used for recurring payments
• Remove — delete outdated or cancelled cards

If a customer needs to update their payment method themselves, they can log into the customer app and update cards through their account settings.
