How to Upload Media to Media Library

Before You Begin

• Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
• Ensure you have owner or admin permissions

Steps

Step 1: Upload files

1. Go to Website + App > Media Library
2. Click Upload (or drag and drop files directly onto the page)
3. Select one or more files — supported types: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4

Files upload immediately and appear in the library when complete.

Using Uploaded Media

Uploaded files are available for use in blog posts, CMS content (services, staff profiles, etc.), website pages, and across multiple sites.

Troubleshooting

Media Library option not visible? Confirm you have permission to manage media and are logged into the correct organization.

Upload failing? Check that the file type is supported (JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4), the file size is within limits, and your internet connection is stable.

Files not appearing after upload? Confirm the upload completed without errors and that no active filter is hiding them.
