How to Update Product Prices

Before You Begin

• Owner or admin permissions required
• Sign in at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login

Steps

1. Navigate to: Products & Services > Manage Plans (or go to https://app.joinzipper.com/dashboard/packages)
2. Click the product you want to update, or click Edit next to it
3. Find the Price field and enter the new amount
4. For subscription products, note the warning: new customers see the new price; existing subscribers keep their current price unless you update them separately (see below)
5. Click Save

Updating Existing Subscription Prices

To change the price for existing subscribers:

1. Go to Products & Services > Manage Plans → open the subscription product
2. Go to the Active Subscribers page
3. Use the Update Subscription Price tool, select the subscriptions to update, set the new price, and confirm

Troubleshooting

Can’t edit the product. Confirm you have permission to manage products and are logged into the correct organization.

Existing customers aren’t seeing the new price. This is expected — existing subscribers keep their current price. Use the Update Subscription Price tool to change their prices.

Save button is disabled. Verify the price field has a valid value and all required fields are filled in.
