How to Test an Email Before Sending
Before You Begin
- Owner or admin permissions required
- Sign in at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
Steps
- Navigate to: Marketing > Email
- Find and open the campaign you want to test
- Click Send test email
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the test
- Click Send test — the test email will arrive shortly
Check your inbox: verify formatting, images, links, and content before sending to your full list.
Troubleshooting
Send test email option isn’t visible. Make sure you have the campaign open in edit mode.
Test email isn’t arriving. Check your spam/junk folder and verify the address was entered correctly. Wait a few minutes — delivery is not always instant.
Test looks wrong. Edit the campaign, fix the issue, and send another test.
