How to Send an Email to Class Registrants
Need to notify everyone in tomorrow’s 10am class about a schedule change or important update? You can send an email directly from the event registrations list.
Steps to Send an Email
Step 1: Find the Class
- Go to Schedule > Calendar
- Navigate to the date of the class
- Click on the class/event you want to email
Step 2: Send the Email
- On the event details page, find the Registrations section
- Click the Send button at the top of the registrations list
- Enter a subject line and message, then click Send
What Gets Sent
- The email goes to all customers with active registrations
- Cancelled or waitlisted registrations are not included by default
- Each recipient receives an individual email (not a group email where they can see other recipients)
Tips
- Include the class name, date, and time so recipients know which class you’re referring to.
- This send is for one-time communications. For recurring notifications, set up an automation instead.
Alternative: Use Filters
If you need to email only certain registrants:
- Use the filter options on the registrations list
- Select the specific registrants you want to contact
- Use the bulk action to send email to selected registrants only
