Learn how to schedule approved content for future publishing to your social media platforms. Scheduling helps you plan social media content in advance and publish at optimal times.

How to Schedule Content in Marketing Copilot

Before You Begin

  • Owner or admin permissions required
  • Social media integrations connected (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Content must be approved before it can be scheduled

Steps

Step 1: Open approved content

Go to Marketing > Marketing Copilot > Approved section and select the content you want to schedule.

Step 2: Set the schedule

  1. Click the content item, then click Schedule (or Set Schedule)
  2. Choose the publish date and time
  3. Select the platforms to publish to (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  4. Click Schedule to confirm

The content is now queued and will publish automatically at the scheduled time. You can edit or cancel the schedule before it publishes.

Troubleshooting

Approved content not visible? Confirm the content has been approved and you’re viewing the Approved section.

Can’t schedule content? Verify content is approved and social media integrations are connected.

Schedule not saving? Confirm a date, time, and at least one platform are selected.

Content didn’t publish at the scheduled time? Check that the schedule was saved and social media integrations are still active.

Need to cancel a schedule? Go to your scheduled content, find the item, and click Cancel or Remove Schedule.
