How to Reply to a Review
Before You Begin
- Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
- Ensure you have owner or admin permissions
Steps
- Go to Marketing > Reviews and click on the review you want to reply to
- Find the Reply option on the review details page
- Write your reply, then click Save (or Post Reply)
Your reply is displayed alongside the review and visible to website visitors. Replies can be edited or deleted later.
Troubleshooting
No Reply option? Confirm you are on the review details page (not just the list) and have permission to manage reviews.
Can’t save reply? Confirm the reply field has content and check that any character limit hasn’t been exceeded.
Reply not appearing? Confirm the reply saved and the review is published.
Need to edit your reply? Go to the review details, find your existing reply, and click Edit.
