How to Reorder Questions in a Form

Before You Begin

• Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
• Ensure you have owner or admin permissions

Steps

1. Go to Products & Services > Forms
2. Click the form you want to edit, then click Edit
3. Drag and drop questions into the desired order, or use the up/down arrows if available
4. Click Save

The new order takes effect immediately for all future form submissions.

Troubleshooting

Can’t drag and drop? Confirm you are in edit mode.

Order not saving? Confirm you clicked Save after reordering.

No up/down arrows? Drag and drop is the primary reorder method; arrows may not be available in all form editors.
