How to Rename a Contact List
Before You Begin
- Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
- Ensure you have owner or admin permissions
Steps
- Go to Marketing > Email and select Contact Lists, then click the list you want to rename
- Click Edit
- Update the Name field
- Click Save
The new name takes effect immediately. Contacts in the list are not affected.
Note: List type (Email or SMS) cannot be changed after creation. If you need a different type, create a new list.
Troubleshooting
No Edit option? Confirm you have permission to manage contact lists and are viewing the list details page.
Name not saving? Confirm the name field is filled in and click Save again.
