Learn how to publish customer reviews to make them visible on your website. Publishing reviews helps showcase customer feedback and build trust with potential customers.
How to Publish a Review
Before You Begin
- Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
- Ensure you have owner or admin permissions
Steps
Step 1: Find the review
- Go to Marketing > Reviews
- Locate the review you want to publish — filter by status if needed
Step 2: Publish
- Click on the review to open it
- Click Publish (or change its status to “Published”)
The review is immediately visible on your website.
Managing Published Reviews
- Unpublish — hides the review from your site without deleting it
- Reply — respond to the review (see: How to Reply to a Review)
Troubleshooting
Reviews page not visible? Confirm you have permission to manage reviews and are logged into the correct organization.
Can’t publish? Confirm the review is not already published and that you have the required permissions.
Review not appearing on site? Confirm the review status is “Published” and that review blocks are configured and the site is published.
Want to unpublish? Open the review, click Unpublish or change its status — the review is hidden but not deleted.
