How to Manage Event Registrations

Learn how to view, manage, and handle event registrations. You can see who's registered, manage waitlists, cancel registrations, mark attendance, and issue refunds.

How to Manage Event Registrations

Before You Begin

Steps

Step 1: Open the event

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar
  2. Find the event and click it to open its details
  3. Go to the Registrations section

Step 2: View registration details

Click any registration to see customer information, form responses (if forms were required), payment status, and registration date.

Step 3: Manage registrations

Cancel a registration:

  1. Click Cancel next to the registration
  2. Choose Cancel with refund or Cancel without refund
  3. Confirm

Promote from waitlist:

  1. Go to the Waitlist section
  2. Click Promote next to the customer and confirm — they are moved to active registration and notified

Mark attendance: Click Mark as Attended or Mark as No-Show on the registration after the event occurs.

Issue a refund: Open the registration details and use the refund option.

Step 4: Reorder the waitlist (optional)

Drag and drop customers in the Waitlist section to control who gets promoted first when spots open.

Step 5: Export registration data (optional)

Click Export or Download to download registration data as CSV or similar format.

Troubleshooting

No registrations visible? Confirm you’re viewing the correct event and that registrations exist.

Can’t cancel a registration? Verify the registration is still active and that you have permission to manage schedules.

Waitlist promotion not working? Confirm the event has available spots, the waitlist is enabled, and the customer is on the waitlist.

Can’t see form responses? Forms must have been required at registration and responses must exist. Confirm you have permission to view form data.
