How to Generate Content with Marketing Copilot

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Marketing > Marketing Copilot

Go to Marketing > Marketing Copilot.

Step 2: Generate content

  1. Click Generate Content
  2. Select a content type or template (if available)
  3. Enter context — describe your business, services, or the topic (e.g., “Generate content about our new yoga classes”)
  4. Choose target platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or all
  5. Click Generate

Step 3: Review and approve

Generated content appears in the review queue. For each item:

  • Click Approve to move it to scheduled/ready status
  • Click Edit to adjust the text before approving
  • Click Reject (with a reason) to discard it and improve future generation

Troubleshooting

Marketing Copilot not visible? Confirm you have owner or admin permissions and the feature is enabled for your organization.

Generated content isn’t relevant? Provide more detailed context describing your business and services, or connect CMS content/reviews to give the AI more to work with.

Content not appearing in review queue? Confirm generation completed successfully and check that the queue isn’t filtered.
