How to Customize Client Profile Milestones and Metrics

You can track and display milestones like “50 classes attended” or “1 year anniversary” on customer profiles.

Viewing and editing customer metrics

  1. Go to Contacts > Customers, search for and open a customer’s profile
  2. Find the metrics section (typically on the left side) — shows classes attended, total spend, member since date, and any custom metrics
  3. To edit a value, click Edit Profile (or the edit icon next to the metrics), update the value, and save

To log a significant milestone, go to the Notes section and add a note (e.g., “Celebrated 100 class milestone — gave free class credit”).

Setting up custom metrics

  1. Go to Contacts > Custom Customer Fields
  2. Create a new metric type with a name (e.g., “5K Challenge Completions”), type (number, date, or text), and description

Automating milestone recognition

Go to Marketing > Automations to create triggers based on metric values — send congratulation emails, add tags, or trigger staff notifications when customers reach milestones.
