Before You Begin

Steps

Step 1: Open the class or event

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar (or Schedule > Classes / Schedule > Events) and click the class or event you want to configure

Step 2: Set registration opens

  1. In the Registration section, click Edit to expand registration window settings
  2. Set when registration opens:
    • Minutes before start — e.g., 20160 = 2 weeks, 10080 = 1 week, 1440 = 1 day
    • Specific date/time — choose an exact date and time

Step 3: Set registration closes

  1. Set Registration closes to the number of minutes before the class/event start — e.g., 120 = 2 hours before, 60 = 1 hour before

Step 4: Save

  1. Click Save. Registration windows take effect immediately — customers cannot register outside the window.

Troubleshooting

Registration window settings not visible? Make sure you’ve opened the Registration section on the class/event edit page and clicked Edit.

Registration closes at the wrong time? Edit the Registration section, update the “minutes before start” value, and save.
