Learn how to control where and how products appear to customers. You can control visibility in the customer app, public shop, and organize products into categories.
How to Control Product Visibility
Before You Begin
- Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
- Owner or admin permissions required
Steps
Step 1: Open the product
- Go to Products & Services > Manage Plans
- Click the product you want to configure
Step 2: Configure visibility settings
In the Visibility (or Customer App Integration) section:
- Show in App — toggle on to show the product in the customer app and website; toggle off to hide it
- Shop Visibility — choose one:
- Show in Shop — visible in the public shop
- Hide from Shop — hidden from public shop
- Requires Consultation — hidden from public; generates a special sign-up URL
- Requires Approval — customers must request access
Step 3: Organize and order (optional)
- Category — assign the product to an existing category or create a new one
- Display order — set a number to control listing position (lower numbers appear first)
Step 4: Save
- Click Save
Troubleshooting
Don’t see visibility settings? Confirm you are editing the product and have permission to manage products.
Product not showing to customers? Confirm Show in App is enabled and Shop Visibility allows customer access.
Product showing when it shouldn’t? Disable Show in App or set Shop Visibility to hide, then save.
Can’t create categories? Confirm you have permission to manage products.
