How to Connect LinkedIn

Learn how to connect your LinkedIn profile or page to Zipper so you can publish social media content directly to LinkedIn. Once connected, you can publish content library items and schedule posts.

How to Connect LinkedIn

Before You Begin

  • Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
  • Owner or admin permissions required to manage integrations
  • LinkedIn account with access to the profile or company page you want to connect

Steps

Step 1: Start the connection

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and find LinkedIn
  2. Click Connect LinkedIn
  3. Log in to LinkedIn if prompted and click Allow to grant Zipper access

Step 2: Select profile or page to connect

  1. Select the LinkedIn profile or company page you want to use for publishing
  2. Click Complete

The connected profile/page is now available for publishing content and scheduling posts in Marketing Copilot.

Troubleshooting

Don’t see Integrations? Confirm you have owner or admin permissions.

Connection failing? Confirm you’re logged into the correct LinkedIn account with access to the profile/page, then try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Can’t publish to LinkedIn? Confirm the connection is active (reconnect if expired) and that you’re selecting the correct profile/page when publishing.

To disconnect: Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect LinkedIn.
