How to Connect Instagram

Learn how to connect your Instagram account to Zipper so you can publish social media content directly to Instagram. Once connected, you can publish content library items and schedule posts.

Before You Begin

Steps

Step 1: Start the connection

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and find Instagram
  2. Click Connect Instagram
  3. Log in to Instagram if prompted and click Authorize to grant Zipper access

Step 2: Select account to connect

  1. Select the Instagram account you want to use for publishing
  2. Click Complete

The connected account is now available for publishing content and scheduling posts in Marketing Copilot.

Troubleshooting

Don’t see Integrations? Confirm you have owner or admin permissions.

Connection failing? Confirm you’re logged into the correct Instagram account, then try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Can’t publish to Instagram? Confirm the connection is active (reconnect if expired) and that you’re selecting the correct account when publishing.

To disconnect: Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect Instagram.
