How to Connect Google Business

Learn how to connect your Google Business listings to Zipper so you can import reviews and manage your Google Business presence. Once connected, you can import reviews and access Google Business data.

How to Connect Google Business

Before You Begin

  • Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
  • Owner or admin permissions required to manage integrations
  • Google account with admin access to the Business locations you want to connect

Steps

Step 1: Start the connection

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and find Google Business
  2. Click Connect Google Business
  3. Log in to Google if prompted and click Allow to grant Zipper access

Step 2: Select locations to connect

  1. Select the Google Business locations you want to connect (you can select multiple)
  2. Click Complete

Connected locations are now available for importing reviews in the Reviews feature.

Troubleshooting

Don’t see Integrations? Confirm you have owner or admin permissions.

Connection failing? Confirm you’re logged into the correct Google account with admin access to the Business locations, then try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Locations not appearing? Confirm your Google account has admin access to those locations and they are active in Google Business.

Can’t import reviews? Confirm the connection is active (reconnect if expired) and that the locations have reviews available.

To disconnect: Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect Google Business.
