How to Connect Facebook Pages

Learn how to connect your Facebook Pages to Zipper so you can publish social media content directly to Facebook. Once connected, you can publish content library items and schedule posts.

How to Connect Facebook Pages

Before You Begin

  • Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
  • Owner or admin permissions required to manage integrations
  • Facebook account with admin access to the Pages you want to connect

Steps

Step 1: Start the connection

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and find Facebook
  2. Click Connect Facebook
  3. Log in to Facebook if prompted and click Authorize to grant Zipper access

Step 2: Select Pages to connect

  1. Select the Facebook Pages you want to connect (you can select multiple)
  2. Click Complete

Connected Pages are now available for publishing content and scheduling posts in Marketing Copilot.

Troubleshooting

Don’t see Integrations? Confirm you have owner or admin permissions.

Connection failing? Confirm you’re logged into the correct Facebook account with admin access to the Pages, then try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Pages not appearing? Confirm your Facebook account has admin access to those Pages.

Can’t publish to Facebook? Confirm the connection is active (reconnect if expired) and that you’re selecting the correct Page when publishing.

To disconnect: Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect Facebook.
