How to Configure Notification Settings
Learn how to configure notification preferences to control how and when you receive notifications. You can enable or disable email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications for different event types.
How to Configure Notification Settings
Before You Begin
- Login to your account at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Notification Settings
- Go to Settings > Organization Notifications
Step 2: Configure Notification Channels
Toggle each channel on or off as needed:
- Email — receive notifications via email
- Push — receive push notifications on your device (allow push permissions in your browser/device when enabling)
- SMS — receive notifications via SMS
- In-App — see notifications inside the app
Step 3: Configure Notification Types
Toggle each event type on or off per channel:
- Form Submissions — when forms are submitted
- Payment Events — when payments are processed or fail
- Subscription Events — when subscriptions start or change
- Lead Events — when leads are created or moved
- Social Queue — when social posts are scheduled
- Blog Queue — when blog posts are queued
Step 4: Set Preferred Notification Times
- In the Time Preferences section, set start and end times (e.g., 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Set your timezone
Step 5: Save Settings
- Click Save
Troubleshooting
Don’t see Notification Settings? Confirm you’re logged into the correct organization and have account access to settings.
Not receiving notifications? Check that the channel and notification type are both enabled, your email/phone is correct, and push permissions are granted in your browser/device.
Too many notifications? Disable unused notification types and remove duplicate channels for the same events.
Can’t enable push notifications? Verify your browser supports push notifications and that push permissions are granted.
