How to Check In Clients for Classes and Mark No-Shows

Accessing the Registration List

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar and navigate to the class date
  2. Click the class session to open it
  3. Find the Registrations section to see all registered attendees and their statuses

Checking In Attendees

Individual: Click Check In next to the attendee’s name.

Bulk: Select multiple registrations using the checkboxes, then click Check In Selected.

Marking No-Shows

  1. Find the attendee in the registration list
  2. Click their registration or the status dropdown
  3. Select No-Show

Handling Late Cancellations

  1. Find the registration and cancel it
  2. Choose whether to apply a cancellation fee, issue a refund, or restore booking credits

Attendance Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveRegistered and expected to attend
Checked InAttended the class
No-ShowDid not attend without canceling
CancelledCancelled their registration
WaitlistOn the waitlist, not confirmed

Viewing Attendance History

Go to the customer’s profile and view their booking/registration history to see check-in status for past classes.

Using Kiosk Mode for Check-In

Set up a device in kiosk mode at your front desk so clients can check themselves in on arrival.
