How to Cancel Multiple Class Sessions

Learn how to cancel multiple class sessions at once. This is useful when you need to cancel all sessions from a certain date forward, handle holidays, or make bulk changes to your class schedule.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have owner or admin permissions

Steps

Step 1: Open the class edit page

Go to Schedule > Classes, find the class, and click to open it.

Step 2: Cancel sessions

  1. Click Cancel sessions (typically red, near the top of the page)
  2. Select the start date — all sessions from that date forward will be canceled
  3. Review the preview showing which sessions and registrations will be affected
  4. Choose a refund option:
    • Cancel with refunds — automatically refunds all affected registrations
    • Cancel without refunds — cancels sessions but keeps payments
  5. Click Confirm cancellation

Booking credits used for registrations are restored automatically regardless of refund choice. Customers are notified automatically.

Alternative: End a time slot early

To stop a specific timeslot without touching others, edit the class, find the timeslot, and set its end date to when you want it to stop.

Troubleshooting

No “Cancel sessions” button? Confirm you are on the class edit page (not just viewing) and have manage-schedule permission.

Wrong sessions selected? Adjust the cancellation start date in the preview before confirming.

Refunds not processing? Confirm you selected “Cancel with refunds” and payment processing is functioning normally.
