How to Approve Content in Marketing Copilot
Before You Begin
- Sign in at https://app.joinzipper.com/auth/login with owner or admin permissions
- Have content in your review queue (generated or imported)
Steps
Step 1: Open the review queue
Go to Marketing > Marketing Copilot and click Review Queue.
Step 2: Review and optionally edit content
- Click a content item to view the full text, images, platform details, and metadata
- If edits are needed, click Edit on the item, make your changes, and save
Step 3: Approve or reject
- Click Approve to move the item to approved status, where it can be scheduled for publishing. If the option is available, you can approve and set a schedule date at the same time.
- Click Reject and provide a reason if the content isn’t suitable. Rejection reasons help improve future AI-generated content.
Managing Approved Content
Approved content can be scheduled for a publish date/time, published immediately, edited further, or organized into campaigns.
Troubleshooting
Review Queue not visible? Confirm you have permission to manage Marketing Copilot and that content exists in the queue.
Can’t approve content? Verify you have approval permissions and that the item isn’t already approved.
Content status not updating after approval? Refresh the page.
