How to Add Products to Your Website

Products you create in Zipper aren’t automatically displayed on your website — they must be added to site pages using the site editor. (Products are automatically available in the customer app’s shop.)

Steps to Add Products to Your Website

Step 1: Open the site editor

  1. Go to Website + App > Site Editor and select your site
  2. Click Edit to open the site builder

Step 2: Add a Products block

  1. Navigate to the page where you want to display products (e.g., Shop, Products, Pricing), or create a new page
  2. Add a new section and select the Products, Shop, or Pricing block
  3. Configure which products or categories to show, the display style (grid, list, featured), and any sorting or filter options

Step 3: Publish

Save your changes and publish the site to make products visible to visitors.

Instead of embedding products, add a button or link pointing to /o/your-org-slug/products — visitors are taken to your full product listing.

Troubleshooting

Products not showing? Make sure you published the site after making changes and that the products are active (not archived or hidden).

Wrong products appearing? Review the product selection or category filter in the block settings, and check visibility settings on the products themselves.
